1.Contact Information

A: We’re sorry that call service is currently not supported due to cross-country. Thanks for your understanding

2.Sizing&Product

Q: How can I know what size should I order?

A: You may find the size guide on each product page. Please note that the measurements are just our estimates, and there may be 1-3cm difference due to different methods. If you want better size suggestions, please send your measurements at  info@picksummer.com and we’ll give you more accurate sizing suggestions.

Q: What size should I choose when I’m smack in the middle of the measurements?

A: Generally, we suggest you to size up

Q: Are your products good quality?

A: Dear, we have our own factory specialized in producing swimwear and clothing for more than 10 years and we believe we can provide cost-effective products for you. 

Q: Why do I choose you, your price is a little expensive?

A: Oh…we believe that there are many similar products in this market and maybe some stores sell much cheaper, but we believe that quality is directly proportional to price. We hope our customers can get a good shopping experience in our store, so we pay more attention to the quality of our products.

 

3.Order&Shipping

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Of course! If you want any change or cancel, please contact us at  info@picksummer.com  within 6 hours after you complete the order. Please kindly note that we will not be able to make any change beyond this period , as it’s already being processed at our warehouse.

Q: What should I do if I received a wrong item?

A: Firstly, we feel very apologized for that. Please contact us immediately with your order number information and some clear photographs of the item you have received. We’ll handle as soon as we received the information

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. If the stock isn’t available, we’ll send the information to your email and recommend you whether to refund or exchange.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once the order is shipped, the shipping information  including tracking number and tracking website will be sent for your email or phone number which you left when paying the order. Then, you can enter the tracking ID in the field. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the status to be updated

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Currently we can ship over 60 countries including Unite States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands,Switzerland,Sweden,Italy,Spain,Hungary,Portugal,Finland,Brazil, Argentina, South Africa,Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates,Vietnam,Russia and so on.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yeah! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69USD after discounts

Q: How long does it take to deliver?

A: Please see our Shipping Info Page for delivery times.

Q: I can’t track my order!

A: Don’t worry! When you received the shipping confirmation including tracking number, it means the package has been dispatched and it will take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update tracking information. If you cannot track 2 days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately and we’ll handle as soon as we receive the request.  

Q: Why is your shipping so expensive?

A: We’re sorry that we have no choice due to geographical distance, and we are making effort to reduce the cost and  let our customer receive the products as soon as possible.

Q: Do you refund shipping fees?

A: Please kindly note that the shipping costs are not redundable currently.

Q: Do I need to pay for taxes and duties?

A: Yeah…PICKSUMMER won’t charge this and the customer need to pay for duties and taxes. As each country’s tax policy is different, we can’t anticipate this and please consult your local office if you are not sure of the duties and taxes.  

Q: Why is my order delayed?

A: The package has been dispatched if you received the shipping confirmation email. Sometimes the shipping may delay due to weather or any other problem out of our control. You can contact with the carrier or send the request to our email, and we’ll handle the problem asap.

Q: What should I do if I put the wrong address when order?

A: We are very sorry to hear that.  Please contact us immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. We can handle directly when the package has not been sent yet.But if it is being shipped, there will be some address change fees charged by the carrier which is out of our control.So, we need customers to confirm the address very carefully when paying the order.

  

4.Returns&Exchanges

Q: How long do I have to return or exchange an order?

A: We accept all returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date you received the order.

Q: How do I return an order?

A: First, please send your request at  info@picksummer.com  with the reason for a return or exchange, and we’ll reply the return address and instructions with you within 24 hours once we received your request.

 Then, please ship your items back to us based on the address which we’ve provided with you, and send the tracking number and website and your order number at  info@picksummer.com

Last, the refund will be return to your payment card once we received and confirmed the package. Please kindly allow 2-3 business days for us to process.

Q: What’s your return or exchange policy?

A: 1. All Items must be returned or within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. All Items must be in original condition with tags still attached: unwashed, undamaged, unworn, un-perfumed
  2. All clearance products can not be returned or exchanged
  3. Beach towels and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged

Q: Who should pay for return or exchange shipping fees?

A: Please kindly note PICKSUMMER won’t pay for it and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange costs.

Q: How long does it take to process my return?

A: The processing time will take 2-3 business days once we received your package and ensured it’s eligible for the return.

Q: What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

A: Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear that! All items are checked before being shipped to make sure the highest quality. In the unlikely event that they are damaged or wrong, please send at  info@picksummer.com  with your order number and clear full-length photos of the items that you have received within 3 days. We’ll return the money back to you or resend the correct items. it depends on you.

Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

A: Generally it will take 2-3 business days for us to process your return once we received and confirmed the package. Please email us 3 days after the package signed and we’ll handle asap once we received your request.

5.Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB in our website

Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?

A: Don’t worry babe. We uses Secure Socket Layering(SSL), an encryption that ensures safe and we won’t disclose any your personal information to other third party without your permission. Please kindly view our privacy policy,thanks.

Q: How can I use a discount code?

A: First, add the items which you want to your cart.

  Then, continue to checkout and enter your shipping information and email address

  Third, please select a shipping method and enter your discount code in the discount code form

Last, please choose a payment method and complete the order.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code for my order?

A: Sorry babe, every customer only can use one discount code for an order. Please think carefully before entering a discount code.

Q: What if I forget to use my discount code?

A: dears, we’re sorry to hear this. We can’t apply an discount once the order is charged. However, you can use next time!
